Santa Fe Café Menu

The cafe is a full service restaurant serving sandwiches, salads and drinks for our guests having services as well as those not receiving services. Guests that are having services may order food ala carte then be served in the cafe, in the sitting area ,in the hair salon or in the nail room. All events, packages and parties are charged a flat charge of $15 per person for lunch and taxes. That charge includes entree', dessert and beverages. The snack plate with beverage is available for $10. The snack plate consists of fruit, cheese, muffin, sample of chicken salad and served with crackers.

Breakfast

♦ Low Carb Delight – 6 oz. of each of the following: ham and turkey served on a bed of green leaf lettuce with green olives and assorted cheese cubes. Served with a side order of mayonnaise and spicy mustard.	$10

♦ Chef Salad – A mixture of fresh green lettuce served with tomatoes, ham, turkey, hard-boiled eggs, cheese and croutons.	$10
♦ The Santa Fe – A mixture of fresh greens, avocado, turkey, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, sprouts and croutons.	$10
♦ Roasted Chicken Salad – Homemade chicken salad and tomatoes. Served on a bed of fresh greens.	$10
♦ Waldorf Roasted Chicken Salad – Same great chicken salad recipe, but with apples, celery, crasins and roasted pecans. Served on a bed of fresh greens.	$10
♦ Tossed Salad – Fresh greens and veggies.	Small - $3.50 Entrée - $6.50

Your choice of bread includes: bagel, croissant, tortilla wrap. We also have wheat-berry or white bread.
